Privacy policy

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. This Policy on Personal Data Processing (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) has been developed in accordance with the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. LRU-547 dated July 2, 2019, "On Personal Data".

1.2. This Policy determines the procedure for processing and measures for the security of all data received by "Testbor.uz" (hereinafter referred to as the Operator) from users via the website https://testbor.uz on the Internet and its mobile applications (hereinafter referred to as the System).

1.3. This Policy applies directly to the Site/mobile application and data obtained through them. The Policy does not apply to third-party websites.

1.4. The User's registration in the System, taking of tests, or use of any service constitutes their unconditional consent to the terms of this Policy.

2. KEY CONCEPTS

The following key concepts are used in the Policy:

2.1. Personal data — any information relating to a specific individual (User) or enabling their identification.

2.2. Operator — the legal entity ("Testbor.uz" administration) that carries out the processing of personal data and determines the purposes and means of data processing.

2.3. User — an individual who visits and uses the https://testbor.uz website or mobile application.

2.4. Personal data processing — any action performed with personal data (collection, recording, systematization, storage, alteration, use, transfer, depersonalization, blocking, deletion).

2.5. Automated processing — processing of personal data using computer technology.

2.6. Depersonalization of personal data — actions resulting in the impossibility of determining the ownership of personal data by a specific subject without the use of additional information.

2.7. Blocking of personal data — temporary suspension of personal data processing.

2.8. Destruction of personal data — actions resulting in the data being deleted irretrievably.

2.9. Cookies — a small fragment of data sent by a web server and stored on the user's computer.

3. COMPOSITION OF COLLECTED PERSONAL DATA

The Operator may process the following data about the User:

3.1. Data provided by the User:

  • Last name, First name, Patronymic;

  • Phone number;

  • Email address;

  • Date of birth and gender (optional, if requested);

  • Information about the educational institution or place of work (if entered when filling out the profile);

  • Photo (avatar) uploaded by the User.

3.2. Data collected automatically during the use of the System:

  • Test results: Tests taken by the User, scores obtained, error analysis, and rating indicators.

  • Technical data: IP address, device type (mobile or computer), operating system version, browser type, and Cookies.

  • Payment data: History of transactions made through payment systems (Click, Payme, etc.) (Note: The Operator does not store full bank card numbers, keeping only the transaction ID and status).

4. PURPOSES OF DATA PROCESSING

Personal data is collected and processed for the following purposes:

4.1. Service Provision: Creating a personal cabinet for the User, granting access to tests, and calculating results.

4.2. Communication and Marketing: Contacting the User, responding to inquiries. The Operator has the right to send the User notifications about new products, services, and special offers.

  • Note: The User may always opt out of receiving informational messages by writing an email to info@testbor.uz with the subject "Unsubscribe".

4.3. Quality Improvement: Analyzing System performance, introducing new functions, and improving user experience (including based on depersonalized data).

4.4. Security: Preventing fraud and ensuring System security.

5. LEGAL GROUNDS FOR PROCESSING

5.1. The Operator processes personal data only if the User fills in and/or sends it independently (registration, via the "Feedback" form).

5.2. By filling out the relevant forms and/or sending their personal data, the User expresses their consent to this Policy.

6. DATA STORAGE, PROTECTION, AND TRANSFER

6.1. The Operator takes all necessary legal, organizational, and technical measures to protect the confidentiality of personal data.

6.2. Data is stored on secure servers located within the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

6.3. Access to personal data is granted only to those employees of the Operator who need this information to perform their official duties.

6.4. Transfer to Third Parties: The User's personal data is not transferred to third parties, except in the following cases:

  • Cases related to the execution of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan;

  • Technical partners required for service provision (SMS providers, payment systems) – only under contract;

  • Depersonalized statistical data.

6.5. Storage Period: The term for processing personal data is unlimited. The User may withdraw their consent at any time.

7. USER RIGHTS

The User has the right to:

7.1. Change, update, or supplement their personal data (via the personal cabinet or by contacting the Operator).

7.2. Withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data at any time. To do this, an email must be sent to the Operator at info@testbor.uz with the subject "Withdrawal of consent to personal data processing".

7.3. Demand the complete deletion of their account and personal data.

8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

8.1. Before applying to court, it is mandatory to submit a claim in writing and take measures for the voluntary settlement of the dispute.

8.2. If an agreement is not reached, the dispute will be considered in court in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

8.3. The legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan applies to this Policy and the relations between the Operator and the User.

9. FINAL PROVISIONS

9.1. The Operator has the right to make changes to this Policy at any time without the User's consent.

9.2. The new version of the Policy enters into force from the moment it is published on the Site.

9.3. The current version of the Policy is always openly available at https://testbor.uz.
